The 2nd annual Game-hop Aftercon Convention will be held at the University of Advancing Technology in Tempe, Arizona on October 16th from 2pm – 2am. There will be panels, a masquerade, video game tournaments, anime viewing rooms, & of course the concert. The set pictured above from left to right: Perfect Math Class, Subkhan, Kitsune Robot, Random, Godric Johnson, Left Out Of My Will, along with DJ D-Nice & DJ Marz.

Preview night for GAC is Friday Oct 15th at UAT.  There will be a general mingle  starting at 7:00pm AZ / PST time with DJs already spinning outside the main Quad.

Masquerade

Prejudging starts at 3:00pm in Room # 203.  The actual masquerade starts at 4:30pm and ends at 6pm in the same room.  There will be 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place prizes awarded to the winners by Aftercon!

Video Game Tournaments

Super Street Fighter 4   2:30pm (Downstairs in console area) 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place prizes will be awarded by Game-hop!

Tekken 6   2:30pm (Downstairs in console area) 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place prizes will be awarded to the winners by Game-hop & UAT!

(Both tourneys are double elimination, with MLG style rules implemented in both games.  PS3 platforms, controllers are provided but the GAC staff advises you to bring your own controller and or arcade stick.)
